Pricing questions .

Is there a free trial?
Yes — 14 days of the full Pro bundle, no card required. You get Pip, the specialist sub-agents, prospecting, and all operator surfaces from day one. Your demo workspace is pre-seeded with sample contacts, sequences, and replies so you can click around without connecting anything.
Are sends, enrichment, and AI usage included or metered?
Each plan includes a monthly credit allotment. You spend credits only on actions that cost us real money — sending email, enriching/verifying a contact, a Pip turn, scoring a reply. Browsing, editing, and viewing are always free. Exceed the allotment and overage is at-cost, with no surprise markup. Bring your own Anthropic + enrichment keys and those actions cost zero credits.
Do you provide inboxes, or do I connect my own?
Connect your own domains and inboxes (SMTP/IMAP). PINNIQAL warms them, rotates them, and enforces a 20-sends/day cap per inbox. Cold sends go from subdomains so your root domain reputation stays clean. Need more capacity? The Sending & Inboxes hub and inbox add-ons scale the fleet.
How does autonomy work — will it send without me?
You choose. Pip runs in plan-first, ask-before-acting, or fully-autonomous mode within guardrails you set. Every consequential action (a send, an enrollment) can require your approval. Circuit breakers, per-workspace budgets, and Pool Protection mean a runaway loop can't burn your accounts or your wallet.
What if I cancel mid-month?
Cancel anytime via Settings → Billing. Full access continues until the end of your paid period. No partial-month refunds, but no penalty either. Data exports anytime via CSV. Account deletion is self-serve with a 30-day grace window in case you change your mind.
Annual vs monthly?
Annual is 20% off. Starter: $39/mo effective. Pro: $119/mo effective. Agency: $399/mo effective. Pay annual if you know you're staying; otherwise month-to-month is fine.
Can I import my existing contact list?
Yes — CSV import from Settings, or let Pip's Prospector discover and enrich contacts for you. Verification runs before anything enters a sequence, so bad addresses never touch a mailbox.
Can I scale capacity independently?
Yes. Use the build-your-own hubs below the bundles to dial sending, prospecting, and AI usage independently of your base tier. Your monthly subscription is the sum of what you pick; credits stack.
Do I have to pay for AI on top?
No. Pip and the sub-agents are included in every plan — you only spend credits per turn, and prompt caching keeps that to a fraction of a cent. Or plug in your own Anthropic key and AI actions cost zero credits. Your data never trains a model.
What about taxes, refunds, and SOC 2?
US sales tax handled via Stripe Tax. EU VAT applies where required. Subscriptions are non-refundable mid-period but cancelable anytime. Stock-up packs are non-refundable but transferable within the same org. SOC 2 Type 1 in progress, Type 2 attestation expected Q4 2026. SSO/SAML available on Enterprise.
