If you process personal data of EU, UK, or California residents through PINNIQAL, our DPA forms part of the Terms of Service. It incorporates the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (Module 2 — Controller → Processor) and the UK International Data Transfer Addendum.
All paid customers can sign the DPA in-product. Go to Settings → Compliance → Sign DPA. We'll generate a signed PDF tied to your workspace name and the user signing.
Email legal@pinniqal.com with your draft. We respond within 5 business days. We don’t accept indemnities beyond contractual liability caps for free workspaces.
